Fuse Logo

last year PC3 asked me to design a logo for their youth summer camp called "Fuse". They are using it again this year and I realized that I have not posted it yet. I worked on this with my good friend and illustrator Josh Rivenbark. here is what we came up with.

Gypsy Heart Logo

Here is the logo I designed for Tomi Cheek with Gypsy Heart Photography. I absolutely love how this logo came out. Here is an excerpt from her website that will explain the name and the meaning behind the logo.

"why Gypsy Heart?
my heart is no longer mine.
it hasn't been for a very long time.
it wanders around, lives, and thrives in those that i love.
it's in my husband, it's in my children, my dearest friends, my nieces and nephews, my extended family, even my sweet little dog.

i believe that everyone who loves someone, has allowed their heart to wander, like a gypsy, in the people you love. i want to capture your "Gypsy Heart" in the way you look at your husband,  in the mischeivious eyes of your son,  in the dreams of your daughter who is graduating from highschool, in the deep down to your toes laughter with your best friend.

that is where your heart lives.

from my "Gypsy Heart" to yours!"

Orton's Secret Garden Branding

Here is the branding for Orton's Secret Garden. Orton's Secret Garden was a wedding event that featured select vendors. Brides from all over could come to meet vendors and see samples of their work. I met with Abi Blackerby (the event coordinator for Orton Plantation) early on to talk about the branding and she knew that she wanted to go with the key as the focal point.

I designed Posters, Tickets, Postcards, Maps and raffle tickets. I am really happy with how all this turned out and can't wait to work with Orton Plantation again next year.

Thousand Mile Journey DVD art

One of my friends from college made a short film a while back and asked me to help him with the DVD design.

This film is called "Thousand Mile Journey" and it follows a day in the life of the main character. In this film he follows the instructions of an old book that he found. This book just so happens to be written about his life and tells him what choices to make. The film also explores the differences between Joy and Optimism.

Reach Farther

Here is a logo I designed for my churches outreach program, Reach Farther. They wanted it to have the feeling of an old map. Below you can see the logo being used on a Brochure thats actually a fold out map of the world. (brochure designed by Evan Vetter).
